"REAL LIFE TRANSFORMATION"

One of our values is to share God's Word and His love for all people on a local, national, and global basis is easy to say but the proof is in what we do. We not only contribute financially to missions we get actively involved. Holladay is partnered with missionaries in far off countries as well as those in our own backyard. We would like to introduce you to a few.

Mark and Wendy Hoshizaki are International Mission Board career missionaries to Japan, serving with IMB Tokyo missionary strategy group. We desire to be a part of a church planting multiplication movement among the Japanese there.  Pray for opportunities and ways we can meet more Japanese to share Christ with.

Deanna Epps is the associate director of Reach Salt Lake.  This organization strives to meet the most basic needs of people where they are at.  With programs such as the Baptist Concern Center and Adventure Camps they seek to help those in the community with both physical and spiritual needs.

Deanna first came to work at the Concern Center in August of 2001. She is originally from Georgia which automatically makes her a Braves fan. She enjoys spending time in God's wonderful creation of the great outdoors. With a poor sense of direction, she sometimes gets to spend a little more time on the hiking trails than she plans. Lucky for Deanna, she has been able to keep her sweet, southern accent which comes in handy when asking for directions.
